Pet owners must consider our service as a regular staple of
home maintenance. It just isn’t enough to remove pet stains
since many of them go unnoticed – yet fill the living
environment with unexplainable smells.
We follow a three step process to eliminate pet odor
from your home:
STEP 1: The first thing we do to remove pet urine odor is
determine where the odor is coming from. Since it isn’t always
easy to see, we use blue-light technology to locate those
hard-to-see but easy-to-smell locations.
STEP 2: The next thing that we do is pre-treat the area(s)
with a solution designed to destroy the urine’s bond with
the fabric. Urine contains uric acid which is a white tasteless
crystalline product of protein metabolism. Because it’s
comprised of crystalline and protein, it creates a strong bond
with whatever it comes in contact. Furthermore, the longer urine
sits, the stronger its bond becomes. Only a strong solution can
break that bond and start the loosening process.

STEP 3: After we’ve successfully broken the bond, we use
enzyme injections to destroy the remaining urine and kill
lingering odors. The enzyme injections are comprised of
bacteria that actually eat away at wastes. Since it remains
effective in high temperatures, it’s extremely effective.
Only after we follow this procedure can we successfully and
thoroughly clean the area with our normal processes.
